In that time, she’s fitted all kinds of breasts: big, small, high, low, reduced, augmented, mastectomy, lumpectomy, sideways, centered, asymmetrical, perky, not perky, jiggly, firm… the list goes on. From AA to K cups, sports bras, every day bras, strapless, drop dead sexy, seamless, pocketed, T shirt, directional support, medical, etc.

There are many factors that affect the fit of a bra including tissue density, wide or close set breasts, breast shape, cup size and depth, band size and height, underwire shape, seamless versus directional/seamed support, band snugness, gore height, and molded vs soft cups.

All fittings at Bliss Beneath are complimentary; there’s no fee for our service or expertise. Lots of women aren’t aware the alphabet of bra cup sizes doesn’t stop at D, DD, or DDD the way North American made bras do. This means you don’t have to wear a bra band too big in order to get the correct cup coverage!

The cup size range of bras in stock at Bliss beneath is AA, A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H, HH, J, JJ. Interesting tidbit: lots, but not all, European lingerie companies skip the letter I in cup sizes. We stock back band sizes starting at 30 and go to 44. If you aren’t within these size ranges, we can happily special order for you at no extra charge after your complimentary bra fitting. Whether you make a purchase or not, we can create a client profile for you where we keep track of the styles, sizes, and colours you prefer.
